There can only be 1 "Phantom Ark Dragon Dread Cosmos" on the field. If a "Fantasy Ark Dragon Cosmos" you control would be destroyed by battle: You can target it; Xyz Summon this card by using the target as Xyz Material, and if you do, this card is treated as a Zombie-Type monster. Once per turn, if this card has an Xyz Material(s): you can destroy all LIGHT and DARK Monsters on your opponent controls. If you control no other monsters, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Special summon 1 Synchro or Xyz monster, whose ATK is lower than this card, from your Extra deck.
