Story:
Kengan Tamshi is a troubled teenager who has trouble of expressing his feelings to people around him and weak to defend himself an his friends from bullies and other troubling things until one day he encountered a strange mask that wants Kengan to put it on. When Kengan puts on the mask, he suddendly gets bombardment with powerful energy and that the mask wants to turn Kengan into a Viomotion, humans who lost control of their emotions and become monsters, but Kengan manage to over power it and that the mask has transformed into Kengan's persona. After that encounter, a mysteriuos being who goes by the name Kamen Rider Warlock congrats him on resisting the mask that attempted to turn Kengan into a Viomotion and grants Kengan the power to become a Kamen Rider and a special Tarot Fool card. Warlock instructs Kengan that he has to collect all of the other 22 tarot cards to eliminate the viomotion threat on the planet. With the power of the persona, Kengan becomes Kamen rider Arcana to fight against the Viomotions from turning every trouble human into a Viomotion.

Tarot Read Driver:

The Tarot Read Driver that Kamen Rider Arcana and Warlock uses to transform. The belt uses special Tarot cards that allows the user to transform based on the Tarot card itself. Each Tarot card have different abilities that will greatly depend on the battle Situation for both Arcana and Warlock. Despite the two having the same belt, Arcana and Warlock's Tarot Read Drivers work differently. Arcana's Tarot Read Driver allows him to use different forms for each tarot card and Warlock uses different attacks for each tarot card. To activate the Tarot Read driver, the user must raise the front panel of the belt to reveal a slot to input a tarot card. Once a tarot card is inserted into the slot, the belt will announce "Tarot card' or "Rider Card". After the user inserts a Tarot Card, they must push the front panel down to finish the transformation sequence into either Kamen Rider Arcana or Kamen Rider Warlock, right after the belt announces "Let's Go!" and to the corresponding tarot card.

After transformation, the user has the option, in Arcana's case, to switch between forms of different tarot cards. To do so, the user must raise the front panel of the belt, pull the used tarot card out, insert the new tarot card into the tarot card slot, and push it back down. This would change the base tarot card from either Rider, or any previous Tarot card used before, and cause the Tarot Read Driver to announce "Tarot change" and then the corresponding tarot card used. 

To initiate a finishing attack, Arcana or Warlock must pull the current Tarot card out of the the belt, swipe downard in the front panel of the belt, and insert the tarot card back into the belt, Once that happens, the belt will announce "Tarot(or rider) Flip" and then the corresponding tarot card used. This will grant Kamen Rider Arcana or Warlock to execute a powerful attack that can finish a viomotion and or other opponents off.

In order to have the Tarot Read Driver cancel the transformation, Arcana or Warlock must raise the Fron Panel, remove the Tarot card currently placed in the Tarot Read Driver, and push the panel back down. This causes the Tarot Read Driver to announce "Fortune has been told!"
